Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reelo platform operated by Reelo, Inc. ("Reelo"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Subscription and billing

Reelo is offered on monthly and annual subscription plans. Prices are per user per month in USD. Annual plans are billed upfront. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each billing cycle.

You may add or remove users at any time. Seats added mid-cycle are prorated. Volume pricing applies at 50 seats — contact sales@reelo.ai for a quote.

Cancellation

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans may be cancelled at term end; we do not offer prorated refunds for early annual cancellation except where required by law.

Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your transcripts and extracted insights in JSON or CSV format within 30 days. After 30 days, data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Reelo to:

  • Record calls without the required consent of all parties under applicable law (e.g. two-party consent states in the US, GDPR in the EU). Reelo provides configurable consent notices; it is your responsibility to enable them where required.
  • Circumvent access controls or attempt to access other customers' data.
  • Use the API in ways that degrade service availability for others.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without written consent.

Data ownership

You own your call recordings, transcripts, and derived insights. Reelo processes this data only to deliver the service to you. We do not claim any ownership or licence to use your data beyond what is necessary to operate the platform.

By using the service you grant Reelo a limited licence to process your data for the sole purpose of providing and improving the service features you use. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Uptime and SLA

Reelo targets 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 24 hours in advance via email and status page. Business plan customers are eligible for SLA credits as defined in their contract.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelo's liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
